A residential visit covers:

• Deep clean of kitchens: counters, appliance exteriors, sink, and stovetop
• Full bathroom cleaning: tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures
• Dusting of surfaces, shelves, baseboards, and light fixtures
• Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
• Bedrooms tidied, linens straightened, and surfaces wiped down
• Trash removal from every room

Regular cleaning keeps a home comfortable between visits: wiping frequently used surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, removing trash, and vacuuming or mopping floors.

A deep clean spends more time on details that routine visits do not always cover, such as baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, cabinet fronts, buildup around fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas.

There is no single schedule that works for every household. It depends on how many people use the home, how busy the rooms are, and how much upkeep you handle between visits.

Weekly suits homes that need consistent upkeep. Biweekly is a practical starting point when you handle light tidying between visits. Monthly works when you keep up with routine chores and want a deeper reset. One-time cleaning suits an event, a seasonal reset, or a fresh start.

Once the major construction work is finished and the space is safe to enter. Cleaning too early can mean repeating the work while other tasks continue.

If contractors are still on site, ask how their schedule may affect the final clean. When you request a quote, share the property address, access instructions, the areas included, and any surfaces that need special care.

We accept Zelle, cash, and check. Zelle is paid right after your cleaning. Cash is welcome at the time of service. Checks are accepted for residential and commercial bookings and are made payable at confirmation.
